Before You Say Yes collects minimal data necessary to provide the offer verification service: • Offer details you voluntarily enter — such as visa sponsorship terms, salary figures, contract clauses, relocation allowances, and benefit commitments. This data is stored exclusively in your browser's local storage (localStorage). • Usage analytics via Vercel Analytics, which collects anonymized page-view data (referrer, browser type, approximate location at country level, and page path). No personal identifiers such as name, email, or IP address are linked to this analytics data. • No account registration, no email collection, no cookies for tracking or personalization.

The information you enter is used solely to: • Generate structured verification questions and checklists for your offer. • Track the status (written confirmed, verbal confirmed, or missing) of each commitment. • Display your progress when you return to the tool (data remains in your browser). We do not read, store, sell, or share your offer data.

All offer-check data you enter is stored in your browser's localStorage. This means: • Your data never leaves your device unless you manually export or share it. • We do not operate any database that stores your offer information. • No data is uploaded to our servers, cloud storage, or third-party backends. • You can clear all data at any time by clearing your browser's local storage or site data. While we implement security best practices on our end, localStorage is browser-level storage and its security depends on your browser environment. We recommend using a private, trusted device when handling sensitive offer information.

Before You Say Yes uses Vercel Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service provided by Vercel Inc. Vercel Analytics: • Does not use cookies for tracking. • Collects anonymized, aggregated data about page views and user interactions. • Does not identify individual users. • Does not track users across different sites. No other cookies, trackers, or third-party analytics scripts are loaded on this site.

This site is hosted on Vercel (Vercel Inc.). Vercel may process minimal technical data (IP addresses, request headers) as part of standard web hosting operations. Vercel's privacy policy applies to such processing. We do not integrate third-party advertising networks, social media tracking pixels, or marketing automation tools.
